• We recommend to bring extra cash for the purchase of additional beverages, souvenirs, and the use of restroom facilities
• We recommend not to bring any jewelry with you

• Pick-up time is 1-hour before the tour start time.
• A signed liability waiver is required from each participant before participating in this activity. Riders under the age of 18 will need the signature of a parent or legal guardian.
• Maximum weight per rider 230 lbs.
• Although rare for the safety of our riders, tours may be cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions. Riders will be offered an alternate tour date.
• Guests who are intoxicated will not be allowed to ride a horse and no refund will be issued.
• No consumption of alcohol is allowed during the ride.
• We reserve the right to withdraw any person who in our opinion is likely to endanger themselves or others.
• This activity is not recommended for guests who suffer from motion sickness.
• This activity is not recommended fort guests who are pregnant, have neck, back, joint, muscular or any other type of injuries, should not participate in this activity.

• Activity cancelled 48-hours prior to activity start time, no charges will be applied.
• Activity cancelled within 48-hours (incl. no-shows), 100% of the charges will be applied.
