Travelling in larger groups? Our Shared Ride Airport Transportation Services offer a seamless and comfortable experience for families, friends or corporate groups. Upon arrival at the airport, a professional and courteous team will meet and greet you in the arrival hall, assist you with your luggage and ensure a smooth transition to your vehicle. To accommodate all guests arriving on the same flight, or prefer to be transported as a larger group we have included a meet and greet at the Airport Arrival Hall with company logo or group name. Once greeted by our team, guests will be accompanied and will make their way to our spacious, comfortable, and exclusive motor coaches. After luggage has been loaded onboard the vehicle, guests can expect a 15-20 min ride from the Queen Beatrix International Airport to their host resort in Palm Beach.

Our goal is to ensure our guests experience a smooth, reliable and stress-free arrival experience in Aruba. All Transportation Services are arranged according to the flight schedule/ time you provide when booking your transportation.

Arrivals:

• Please make sure to add all flight-details to your booking (Airline, Flight Number, and Flight Time, Arrival Date and Departure Date).
• All travelers are required to complete Aruba’s Embarkation/Disembarkation Card (online ED Card) 3-days and 4-hours prior to travel to Aruba. This is the country’s digitized customs and immigration process (https://edcardaruba.aw/).
• Aruba has $20 Sustainability Fee for visitors arriving by air to the island. The sustainability fee will be charged through the online Embarkation & Disembarkation (ED) Card platform while one is completing the ED card to enter Aruba.
• A representative will be waiting for you right outside the airport’s baggage claim area, holding a sign with the Group-name/ Family-name. Our representatives will monitor your flight for any delays.

Departure

• Passengers are required to check-in 3-hours prior to their departure time due to strict FAA regulations and Aruba’s Security offering full US pre-clearance services towards the US. Passengers arrive in the US as a domestic flight, continuing onto their next connection without having to clear US immigration in their connecting destination.
• Please keep this 3-hour requirement for your departure transportation time in mind when you receive your confirmation email for your departure transportation.
• Transfer Schedule: Your transfer to the airport will be scheduled approximately 4 hours before your flight departure time.
• Important: Two days prior to your departure, you will receive an email with the exact pick-up time for your transfer. Please keep an eye on your inbox for this important information.

• There will be no refunds for passengers that cancel within 24-hours of their trip start time.
• There will be no refunds for passengers that are “no-shows” on the day of their trip.
• There will be no refunds for over sleeping, sunburns, change of heart.
• By Management’s discretion, an exception can occur in the circumstance of a special cancellation request.
• In the unlikely event of bad weather, if the vehicle(s) experience technical problems or for any circumstance your tour would be cancelled, you would receive a full refund.
• In the unlikely event that your cruise ship arrived late in Port or not at all, you would receive a full refund.
