Whether you’re arriving as a family group, traveling with friends, or coordinating a corporate arrival, this service ensures everyone arrives smoothly.
Your group will be welcomed in the Airport Arrival Hall by our friendly transportation team, complete with a meet & greet and signage displaying your group or company name. After luggage assistance, guests will be escorted to our comfortable, air-conditioned motor coaches for a smooth 15–20 minute transfer from Queen Beatrix International Airport to Palm Beach resorts.
All services are scheduled based on the flight details provided during booking, allowing us to deliver a well-organized, reliable, and stress-free arrival experience—so your group can start enjoying Aruba right away.

Know Before You Go
Arrivals:
- Please make sure to add all flight-details to your booking (Airline, Flight Number, and Flight Time, Arrival Date or Departure Date).
- All travelers are required to complete Aruba’s Embarkation/Disembarkation Card (online ED Card) 3-days and 4-hours prior to travel to Aruba. This is the country’s digitized customs and immigration process (https://edcardaruba.aw/).
- Aruba has $20 Sustainability Fee for visitors arriving by air to the island. The sustainability fee will be charged through the online Embarkation & Disembarkation (ED) Card platform while one is completing the ED card to enter Aruba.
Departure
- Passengers are required to check-in 3-hours prior to their departure time due to strict FAA regulations and Aruba’s Security offering full US pre-clearance services towards the US. Passengers arrive in the US as a domestic flight, continuing onto their next connection without having to clear US immigration in their connecting destination.
- Please keep this 3-hour requirement for your departure transportation time in mind when you receive your confirmation email for your departure transportation.
Cancellation Policy
- There will be no refunds for passengers that cancel within 24-hours of their trip start time.
- There will be no refunds for passengers that are “no-shows” on the day of their trip.
- There will be no refunds for over sleeping, sunburns, change of heart.
- By Management’s discretion, an exception can occur in the circumstance of a special cancellation request.
- In the unlikely event of bad weather, if the vehicle(s) experience technical problems or for any circumstance your tour would be cancelled, you would receive a full refund.
- In the unlikely event that your cruise ship arrived late in Port or not at all, you would receive a full refund.
