This excursion starts at Santo Largo Beach. For your safety and comfort, the departure location for the tour may be adjusted based on weather conditions.

• Reef safe Sunscreen (at least 30-SPF)
• Sunglasses
• Cap or Hat (keep tight)
• Waterproof Camera
• We recommend not to bring any jewelry with you

Important Notes

• Children 8 years and younger are not allowed.
• You must weigh less than 200 pounds (90 kg).
• You must have a reasonable level of fitness and be able to kayak in relatively calm waters for 2 hours.
• If you are pregnant, or have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
• You must be able to swim on your own.
• Maximum group size is 12 people.
• A signed liability waiver is required from each participant before participating in this activity.
• This activity is not recommended for guests who suffer from motion sickness.
• This activity is not recommended for guests who do not know how to swim.
• Please check-in at the meeting point at least 30 minutes prior to the activity time.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) or more prior to the scheduled start time are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of the start time are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of start time, or no-shows are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for missed tours, transportation services, water activities, or cruise excursions due to personal reasons, including oversleeping, sunburn, illness without documentation, or change of mind.
• In the event the operator cancels an activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. Cruise ship passengers will also receive a full refund if their ship arrives late or does not arrive in port. Exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion.
