Arrivals:

• Please make sure to add all flight-details to your booking (Airline, Flight Number, and Flight Time, Arrival Date or Departure Date).
• All travelers are required to complete Aruba’s Embarkation/Disembarkation Card (online ED Card) 3-days and 4-hours prior to travel to Aruba. This is the country’s digitized customs and immigration process (https://edcardaruba.aw/).
• Aruba has $20 Sustainability Fee for visitors arriving by air to the island. The sustainability fee will be charged through the online Embarkation & Disembarkation (ED) Card platform while one is completing the ED card to enter Aruba.

Departure

• Passengers are required to check-in 3-hours prior to their departure time due to strict FAA regulations and Aruba’s Security offering full US pre-clearance services towards the US. Passengers arrive in the US as a domestic flight, continuing onto their next connection without having to clear US immigration in their connecting destination.
• Please keep this 3-hour requirement for your departure transportation time in mind when you receive your confirmation email for your departure transportation.

• There will be no refunds for passengers that cancel within 24-hours of their trip start time.
• There will be no refunds for passengers that are “no-shows” on the day of their trip.
• There will be no refunds for over sleeping, sunburns, change of heart.
• By Management’s discretion, an exception can occur in the circumstance of a special cancellation request.
• In the unlikely event of bad weather, if the vehicle(s) experience technical problems or for any circumstance your tour would be cancelled, you would receive a full refund.
• In the unlikely event that your cruise ship arrived late in Port or not at all, you would receive a full refund.
