• Pick-up times are between 5 pm to 5:45 pm – exact time will be given the day of the tour.
• Under the age of 18-years are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• All Party maracas are to remain onboard the Party Bus at all times.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) or more prior to the scheduled start time are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of the start time are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of start time, or no-shows are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for missed tours, transportation services, water activities, or cruise excursions due to personal reasons, including oversleeping, sunburn, illness without documentation, or change of mind.
• In the event the operator cancels an activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. Cruise ship passengers will also receive a full refund if their ship arrives late or does not arrive in port. Exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion.
